BOARDING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cairns to Fitzroy Island:

• Please check-in with the team at the Fitzroy Island Booking Centre at Shop 2/1 Spence St at least 30-minutes prior to departure to complete check-in process and collect your tickets. Boarding commences 30 minutes prior to departure. There is limited parking available near the Reef Fleet Terminal. Please make sure that you leave enough time to park your car and make your way to the Booking Centre to complete your check-in before heading to your transfer.
• We can store your luggage if you check-in early, however you will need to come back to the office to collect if before making your way to the vessel. We do not offer a luggage transfer service.
• Due to increased workplace health & safety requirements, we can no longer carry oversized luggage (20kg or greater), “beach trolleys” or sea kayaks. Please ensure you pack accordingly.
