Pickup:Â Â Please be ready at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Pickup locations are as arranged in your booking (Cairns area or en route). We do ask all guests to allow 15-20 minute pick up window as we do many pickups in the Cairns CBD area and this can vary from day to day. If your guide is not at your pick up location on the dot, please do not panic, they will be on their way and we just ask you to be patient.
