Activity is approx 2 hours 30 minutes to 2 hours 45 minutes including training.
Segway Tour Rider Requirements
Minimum age 12 years and up. Recommended weight under 120 kg ***please contact us prior to booking if you don’t meet the recommended weight range. Guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour due to fall risk. Not recommended for guests with some mobility or motor control issues. If you are concerned about mobility issues please call us to discuss them. We want every rider to have a safe tour. Be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail.
Kangaroo Segway Tours has a strict policy against alcohol consumption and Segway operation. Alcohol is forbidden on all Segway tours and any client suspected of drinking before or during a Segway tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given. Helmets are provided and required. No thongs, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels.
