Sydney Wine Tour and Tasting

After being greeted in the winery, your group is taken on a tour through the facility to experience the art of the wine-making process. Arriving at the tasting table, there is a six-glass wine flight set up for each person, where we walk everyone through six wines from three different wine regions of NSW. Generally, these are two whites, a rose, and three reds. The wine flight covers ‘how to taste wine’ as well as a booklet for each individual to take home covering the wine regions of NSW and tasting notes from the wines tried. Shared platters of our NSW charcuterie/cheese boards to share down the table.
