While Hunter Valley Semillon and Shiraz have long been world-famous, you will also sip distinctive and innovative wines, from classic to newer varieties.  The Region is also home to the only locally owned and operated distillery in the Hunter using only premium organic or natural ingredients.  The flavours produced in award winning Gin and Vodka’s are to be tasted to be believed!

Your All-Inclusive experience starts with a visit to the Binnorie Dairy, one of Australia’s premiere soft cheese producers. Here you enjoy samplings of a selection of the cheeses made onsite and of course the opportunity to purchase!  From here, you will visit 2 premium boutique wineries where you have an opportunity to taste a range of wine varietals.  A selection of our preferred wineries include Wandin Estate, Margan Wines, Leogate Winery, Gundog Estate, Tulloch Wines, Hunters Dream Estate or if you have a preference please let us know!
